RESERVATIONS – DEPOSITS- REFUNDS A 50% deposit payable by check is required for a reservation. We are unable to accept credit cards. The remainder of the rental fee is due a minimum of four weeks prior to the first day of the rental period. After receipt of the full payment the keys and necessary information will be mailed to you. An additional $50 security deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after an inspection of the unit after your departure. The security deposit will be mailed within 30 days after the rental period. The weekly total rate includes departure cleaning fees, and 12% sales, accomodations tax. If cancellation by Tenant is necessary, a charge of $25/week will be applied against all confirmed reservations that are cancelled. Refund of the remainder of the deposit will be made if written notice is received one calendar month prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, remainder of deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented for an equivalent dollar amount, not an equivalent period of time. Check
